The Three Qualities That Matter Most

Talent is non-negotiable, of course. But over the years, I’ve come to value three very specific traits when bringing someone onto the roster:

  1. Clarity of Vision – Actors who know what they want, even if they’re still figuring out how to get there, are easier to champion.

  2. Work Ethic – Nothing replaces consistency. Momentum doesn’t just appear; it’s built.

  3. Professional Energy – People who carry themselves like they’re already booking — those are the ones who usually do.

I’ve never been interested in running a massive list. I’d rather work closely with a handful of clients whose energy matches our values. If that’s you, we’d love to talk.
